The statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on Rajgad fort collapsed
The Shiv Sena (Ubatha) Mahila Aghadi publicly condemned the incident and gave a statement to the Collector on Wednesday (28).
The statement said that the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was unveiled at Rajgad Fort on December 4, 2023 on the occasion of Navy Day. But unfortunately this statue collapsed within a year. The statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj collapsed due to poor quality work. Therefore, the concerned contractor should be investigated and properly governed. On behalf of Shiv Sena Mahila Aghadi, a demand has been made to erect a magnificent idol of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj at that place. While giving a statement, Shiv Sena Parbhani Vidhan Sabha Organizer Mrs. Ambika Anil Dahale, Mrs. Vandana Kadam, Mrs. Kirti Chaudhary, Mrs. Meera Kawale, Mrs. Sangita Chatte, Mrs Vijayamala Gaikwad, Kamal Waghmode, Yashoda Rathod, Archana Dhurve etc were present.
