One died on the spot due to DJ sound in Ganesh Visarjan procession- three in critical condition

Four youths dancing in Shri Ganesh Sarvajanik Visarjan procession suffered heart attack due to loud DJ sound. One person died on the spot while three people are in critical condition and have been admitted to the hospital for treatment.

On Tuesday, 17 September, when Ganesh Visarjan procession took place, many youths were dancing to the tune of DJ. When the Ganesh Mandal procession reached in front of the police station at around 8:30 pm, a youth suddenly suffered a heart attack. In this, youth Sandeep Kadam died on the spot, while Shivaji Kadam, Shubham Kadam, Govind Kadam became critical due to chest pain and they were immediately taken to Jintur Rural Hospital.  He was given first aid there and shifted to Parbhani for further treatment. In this case, Jintur police have registered a case against four people Omkar Rathod, Ismail Khan, Eknath Dombe, Pappu Kale under various sections. Police is investigating the case further.
