Selu/Parbhani – In the current uneasy environment, tensions are increasing. Therefore, there is an urgent need to maintain peace of mind and peace of mind in order.Man Kara Re Prasanna’ was the topic of his lecture. Psychiatrist Dr. Prakash Ambekar ,Jalna was presiding. Dr. Naik said, “The natural and physical fever is out of our hands. But it is possible for us to control the spiritual fever. Today, anxiety and restlessness are increasing due to minor reasons. Therefore, the situation should be accepted. Some trivial things should be ignored. For that, it is necessary to maintain control of emotions, to act rationally with a positive attitude. And it has to start from yourself.
Dr. Prakash Ambekar said, “In the world of fast-paced and deadly competition, one should be able to maintain balance of mind. Today alcohol and other addictions have been replaced by addiction to constant mobile and increasing internet usage. Every family is facing this problem of mental illness. It is important to recognize this in time. And learn to enjoy every moment of the present without worrying about the painful past and future.The meaning of living is that life is beautiful.
